What in the world is that motoriced doing. And that is also a bit too much arty for your infantry

Try to get rid of that motorized unit and use maybe more infantry. The support companies you're using seem like it's more aligned to be an offense oriented build so you'd likely need to increase the width. 20W won't get you far if you're trying to push
