I’d potentially add sloped armor for a boost in armor and dozer blades if you want some increased entrenchment defensively. In terms of Armor per IC, just adding the sloped armor would be an improvement if you want to keep the design cheap

@SWISH true armor is too low, thus will give division about 18 armor, so infantry with any aa or at will fully pierce it

Cheap light tanks are interesting because you can push the cost far lower (Again) despite paradox begging us to not do this anymore. If you have armored cavalry as a doctrine you get an army spirit for a -15% cost that you can stack with -20% production cost from a standardized tank manufacturer. Countries like sov, cz, and a few others also have tank conversion plants that give you a stupid superpower. Its now cheaper to convert modules in and you get more stats for doing so, so take your 35% cheaper base hulls from the base manufacturer and just make machinegun tanks there, convert in your tank conversion plant for over 100% conversion efficiency and -20% production output cost. Both steps have about 10% production output and 10% production efficiency cap without national focus, so you can make a coherent set of tanketts but thats not all. Every stat bonus on the tank conversion plant is not mutually exclusive. All speed, soft attack, and armor bonuses are compatible and you only lose a tiny bit of hardness. So a light tank can have its final coherent cost be like 3.2 on these nations without the national spirits and it can go down to 2.8 without really exploit heavy trees like siam.
