Cannon IIs are not cost efficient if you can't fill up all of the slots, and as said it would be better if you only used one engine. If you can't fill slots, cost efficiency is as follows: LMG > HMG > Cannon The best setup is to have 2 x 4 HMG + 3 x 4 LMG on the top, and if you need more range then 3 x 4 HMG + 4 LMG + 2 LMG on top with extra fuel tanks on bottom
