I saw an artillery only build that had a disturbing number of machineguns in it so I decided to get rid of as much as I could that didn't look like it was a large caliber gun or a carrier for large caliber guns.
You can triple the HP if you choose to be chillean, chineese, or italian while you do this.
I feel like the suppression should probably be higher as if I was a civilian and I saw this I'd know today is not the day to go outside during.

I considered it its just I realized if I went any further this would become a 1950's build with the number of land facilities needed. I even designed a double railway gun landcruiser.
One of the doctrines I remember giving motorized artillery +20 org, you can actually still get org over HP if you take a doctrine combo that boosts support company org by a lot.
Flying batteries may have really lame soft attack bonuses only tieing assault recon and concentrated support, but the organization bonuses are huge and it seems paradox is trying to push mobile infantry+flying batteries to be some strange org wall setup.

Damn would this even work in game? ~30 hp and ~20 org feels way to low to survive on the battlefield

Look there is a support company with higher hp you can use. AS CHINA, ITALY, OR ANYONE ELSE WITH ASSAULT BATTALIONS.
Use those and add a landship in place of your smallest artillery, you can hit 75 hp here funny enough.
Half this was parody of an artillery only build I saw where much of the division was heavy weapon companies it didn't need. Like. What are these machineguns doing in my artillery build?
Is this practical?
You can try. I doubt you will succeed but you may try.
You could even attempt to slim this down with extra self propelled guns to harden the division. If you get to 50% hardness your opponent will have no way of optimizing their attacks to damage it. This gives up 10% of the HP you end up with in the end, but pushes your armor up a fair bit.
