Petrol electric tank, for when all the breakthrough is not enough breakthrough. I almost settled for 69 breakthrough but I pushed on because I could. (Note: in the designer it reported a speed of 4.25 so I think something bugged out and it stopped updating.)

Honestly not very practicall, tho part of the unpracticality is the speed. But this still goes a bit too far. But if you can afford a few of these into your tank div, it may become a beast

@123 It gets more practical with the extra reliability on the next hull, esp if you replace the turret with an autoloader for crazy defense too. However once you lose access to extra turrets on modern this suddenly becomes a much better design just for making great use of the heavy gun + breakthrough stats.
