(This is insanity, but at least the equipment capture ratio is really close to 50% in this one. You didn't blink when you saw this. No this will not save you from the allied bombing campaign.)z
The 22-15 width version would be better here to better utilize our strosstrupes.

@123 Making a bad division that's one thing, making a bad division that people look at and hesitate and think "this might have sauce," that's the real prize.
That and the insane description writing.
There is actually a practical use for this division too......
If it reinforces a battle it lets you get the full AA protection bonus without actually putting your AA guns in combat. It will cover 3 divisions AA need. It having decent combat stats just makes it so when it reinforces its a nasty surprise until it inevitably de-orgs and takes massive damage.

@duck I actually am very fine with it, I got inspired to make this based on polish/US anti-aircraft gun doctrine/chronic misuse outside of accordance with doctrine.
The Poles pushed their "Heaviest" 20mm machinegun Wz.38 into a direct fire tripod role, like it was another browning machinegun.
The US soldiers got bored of not having aircraft to shoot down and started using M16 MGMC's to cut down forests.
This is what inspired me to look, and think of how insane and over the top Germany would have done this if they reached the same dark depths.
