If this is singleplayer : You should use a medium canon instead of heavy one simply because it's less tech (AT being useless in singleplayer and arty being important for SPG armament and division equipment) and because of higher soft atk. Since it looks like you are also worried about reli, note that it gives you a -15% instead of -25%. If this is multiplayer : don't use a TD as an armormeme, instead aim for a SPAA or a SPG (if you have guaranteed air cover). It will be way easier to manage as TDs will be your main frontline tank. Also, heavy canon 1 in 1939 is criminal in such scenario Overhaul it's an alright armor meme, but currently it stops at that even though it could become a breakthrough stack wi minimal effort and could be better at stacking armor as well
