I see machineguns in your regiment supports this isn't artillery only what are these dirty small arms polluting your line up here?
(You might want a little more anti air artillery in your regiments since if you are going to run it with this low HP you need at least 55 air attack to max out your cas damage reduction, if you motorize your artillery you can get more breakthrough and get some self propelled guns (Heavy cannons) in your regiments as well.)
