This Sub Has optimum Torpeedo attack for IC per ship Sub 3 because Good hull . Why not sub 4? because Its uses chromium . Why radar? Because after radar 3 bad weather debuff isnt bother you . When weather bad on sea You can shred enemy navy because they cannot see you when u see them.
